Has the internet boom ended? FedEx Knows.

Smaller companies plan to invest in tools that will boost their potential this year. According to the annual FedEx Office Signs of the Times Small Business Survey, 46% of respondents said they intend to create or improve their business’ online presence in some way. What’s more, 44% said they would “increase communication with existing and potential customers,” and 36% expect to “utilize social media/networking websites.”
