Trista Polo, Sr. Relationship Manager

Trista has been working with local business professionals and providing top-quality service and website solutions for her clients for over 5 years.

One thing she has noticed is that many clients end up working with business service providers that do not mesh well with their style and needs. Trista has made a commitment to network with the leaders in many technology, business service and professional fields in the Hudson Valley to ensure her clients have access to the services that will best meet their needs.

Trista's commitment to the community matches her commitment to her clients. Her volunteer efforts were recognized when she received the Provisional of the Year award and the Active of the Year award from her fellow Junior League members. As the incoming President of the Junior League of Poughkeepsie, Trista has already begun meeting with local non-profit organizations to work on the issues that most greatly impact the local community.

Her commitment to her business was recognized by the local Hudson Valley area when she was awarded the Go Now award in 2007 and the Outstanding Leadership award in 2009. Trista was proud to be recognized by her local business community when she received the 2009 40 Under 40 "Shaker" award, given by the Greater Southern Dutchess Chamber of Commerce.

Trista and her husband, Russell, reside in Poughkeepsie with their two dogs, Brandy and Audrey. They enjoy sailing on the Hudson River and golfing. They believe in thriving in any economy and creating your own economic future.

Tom Osbeck, Relationship Manager

Tom has had a long and successful career in sales. His most recent sales experience is with local Mortgage Brokerage firms in Westchester. He specializes in assisting Real Estate Professionals, restaurant owners and local business owners optimize their internet presence and increase revenue.

Tom has a proven track record as a sales and marketing professional, providing consistently high performance results, creative problem resolution and consultative solutions selling. Tom has experience with financial, commercia,l business and computer based industries. He is an effective communicator able to team up and work well with others.

Tom consistently exceeds expectations as a Customer Manager and Relationship Manager and enjoys problem-solving and enriching his clients' relationship with their products and the company.

Tom has an MBA in Computer Science and Finance from Iona College as well as being a graduate of the Entrepreneurial Center at Manhattanville College. He places great importance on training and is committed to having sufficient knowledge to add value in all of his client relationships.

Richard Neff, Relationship Manager

Richard has worked with mortgage professionals and real estate professionals for several years acting as a Relationship Manager and Liason and providing individual attention to each. Richard specializes in working with business professionals in the Harrisburg area.

Mohammed Ali, Relationship manager

Mohammed has over ten years of experience in the design, administration, and management of all sizes and types of enterprise systems including storage systems, network infrastructure, and detailed documentation of management systems. Mohammed is a results-oriented professional, experienced in the analysis, design, implementation, and management of multi-faceted projects, integrating varied technologies for maximum effect. Mohammed has strong management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and maximize levels of productivity. He is an excellent communicator with emphasis on building strong client relationships. As an accomplished Consultant with an in depth understanding of the technical implementations and business functions in Fortune 1000 companies across North Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific regions, he has the necessary background and skills to assist clients at all levels.

Russell Polo, Head of Technology

Russell has a BS in Computer Enginering from SUNY, New Paltz. He has worked in computers for his entire career including programming, software development, network architecture, web design and developement and project management. Russell's love for technology keeps him informed and learning the newest technologies. His multi-platform knowledge make him an asset on any project.

In addition to his technology work, he is an avid Sailor and a member of Chelsea Yacht Club. His sailing credits also include Crew for the Half Moon, flagship of the Floatilla for the 400th Celebration of the Hudson River.

Russell lives in Poughkeepsie, with his wife Trista. He believes in the entrepreneurial spirit and strives to expand his knowledge at every opportunity.
