Internet Population To Reach 65% of Population By End of Year
According to Research and Markets, the US Internet population will grow to nearly 200 million users, or 65% of the total population by the end of this year! And by 2013, it's estimated that 221 million people will be online-nearly 70% of the population!
Laura Wood at Research and Markets writes, "The demographics of the US Internet population are evolving to reflect the offline population. More people are coming online, and so are more users ages 35 and older."
So no matter what industry your business is in, your target market is probably hopping online to look for products and services-and that trend is only going to continue!
