Hudson Highlands Chamber of Commerce Upcoming Events
The Hudson Highlands Chamber of Commerce announced some upcoming events to look out for. When you are in town visiting West Point, or just want to take in the local beauty, visit the Hudson Highlands, Historic Gateway to the Hudson and West Point.
The Hudson Highlands Chamber will be hosting a Spirit Day/Hudson Highlands Holiday on December 5, 2009. There will be musical performances, lots of fun family-friendly activity and Santa Clause may even make an appearance. Check out their website for details. www.highandsccny.com
The Chamber will participate in R-Day in August. Packets with local information will be available so that Cadets are educated about the local resources available to them.
The Children's Angle Network, a non-profit organization, will be holding a St. Jude Family Fun Day at Roe Park on May 2nd to raise money for St. Jude's. They will also be working at the Car Shows at Bear Mountain to raise funds.

April 25th Special Olympics at West Point
April to August Weekend summer music concert series at Bear Mountain
May 1st weekend is the West Point yard sale.
May 2nd Relay for Life Program at the Highland Falls Middle School 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
May 2nd St. Jude Family Fund Day at Roe Park. The event will be held from noon to 5:00 P.M with vendors, family activities and more.
May 2nd W.P. honoring Military Retirees
May 6 – Sept 30 Antique and Custom car cruise held each Wednesday night at Bear Mountain
May 16th West Point 5K & 10K race is coming up, pre registration in mid May
May 16th DWI check points on West Point
June 7th Rolling Thunder in the Village at noon
June 1st Annual Exotic Car Tour
October 17th Living History event at the W.P. Museum featuring 20th century military equipment
October 23 Friday night football game at West Point
