Deeper Relationship With Current Customers Key to Success
Businesses are looking for solutions that will address common challenges. According to the Retail Systems Research CRM and Loyalty 2009 Report, survey respondents listed the following as top challenges for their business:
- Consumers are price-sensitive in today's economy
- Retaining existing customers
- Attracting new customers
- Consumers expect a higher level of customer service
Also, the report found that 89% believe building deeper relationships with their existing customers is the key to success in today's tough economy.
